Behind the Build | Ep. 9: Site Office… or Future Holiday Home?

In Episode 9 of Behind the Build, the team takes us through the on-site accommodation being created for Mils and Jo’s Waihi Beach home build.

Designed to function as a practical site office during construction, the space includes an induction and sign-in area, workspace, bedroom, bathroom and fully tiled shower — giving the team somewhere to work, stay and keep the project moving through long days and unpredictable weather.

It may be a small part of the overall build, but it plays an important role in keeping the site organised, functional and ready for the months ahead.
