Mils heads back to Waihi Beach to check on progress and, well… there is still no house. And yes, the spa is still there too.
But things are moving.
The survey is complete, the site levels and heights are confirmed, and the next step is to start clearing the section and getting the site ready for construction.
Not much to look at just yet, but plenty happening behind the scenes.
