With building consent approved, it is time to get the finances sorted before work begins.

Mils and Jo have changed banks, finalised the lending and worked through the details – from specialised foundations for the coastal environment to getting the swimming pool in before the house is built.

There is plenty to organise, but everything is starting to fall into place. Next year is shaping up to be an exciting one.
