In Episode 10 of Behind the Build, Mils and Jo share a very real part of the Waihi Beach home building process — waiting on final council requirements before construction can properly get underway.

After demolishing the original bach over Waitangi Weekend, the team had hoped to move quickly into the next stage. Instead, a few outstanding council items have kept things on hold a little longer than expected.

The good news is that suppliers are confirmed, the team is ready, and the next phase of the build is close.
